ex-husband using court system to harass me

My ex husband is using the court system to harass and take the children from me. There are things that are happening that seem illegal and unethical, and it's been going on for 5 yrs. He has been in contempt of every thing in the joint custody agreement, and they get pushed under the rug and I'm accused of having anger problems because I bring them up. I bring them up because this is the 3rd time he is suing me for sole custody and due to running out of money he might win. whatever he says goes without any documentation or proof. I'm obligated to pay for all counseling even though the kids are on his ins. I was told to get a counselor. Judge requested a report. After the report since it wasn't in favor of my ex, I was told I had to get another counselor immediately. After 2nd evaluation, I was told I could read the report, but was not allowed to take it out of my attorney's ofc and not to make any copies of it. I have not filed anything, everything had been filed from him. My documentation and witnesses are never allowed yet he had no proof of anything. I don't have anymore money to fight, I believe that was the goal. the kids have straight a's and everyone says they are well adjusted with me. is there anything I can do? thks
