Legal Question in Family Law in Louisiana

My ex-husband enter re-hab for Crystal Meth. Both my ex and his parents failed to mention that he was in a rehab. I was served with an exparte from my ex's parents accusing me of also using drugs and wanting me to submit to a drug screen urine and hair, they also stated that they knew my drug screen would come back positive and when it did they were requesting temporary custody of my son. I did go and take the drug screen and all results came back negative. What can be done in this case with them wrongly accusing me and how does that affect my ex-husbands visitation? Would he have to surrender his rights or can I ask for sole custody

Anyone can make accusations. You will need to live with it for the time being. The father will noit have to surrender his rights because he is in re-hab, in fact he can NEVER be forced to surrender his rights. You can ask for anything you want.
