Legal Question in Family Law in Louisiana

My ex-husband and i have joint custody of our daughter who is two. It is stated in the papers that he gets reasonable visitation and i am the domicillary parent. Since he moved out, he has been getting her on fridays for the night and brings her home on saturday (he has tried keeping her two or three nights but she will only stay one night and she wants to come home). I have never told him no when he has asked to get her or just come visit her for a few minutes. He wants to call and talk to her everynight on the phone before bed, so since he has left, i have let him talk to her every single night. But now, it seems his intentions of wanting to talk to her is not simply just to talk, he interrogates her. He asks where she is, who she is with, and so forth. If he asks her if she had dinner yet and she says no, he tells her not to worry, that he will take care of that, as in he is suggesting i am not feeding my child. So, it's like he really wants to talk to her just to find out if anyone is here and to make sure i am home and she is at home. So, i guess my question is, do i have a right to not let her talk to him every single night? And when he does have her, if i am not home when she wants to come home, he refuses to bring her home or meet me, as in he is controling what i do. Like last weekend, i was at walmart when she wanted to come home, he refused to meet me at walmart. He said he would wait until i got home, basically just so he can get to my house and see if anyone is there. Can i tell him she has to be home a certain time? Does he have to abide by the times i tell him to have her home?

It sounds like you need a more specific custody agreement. A detailed joint custody plan generally covers all of these topics. I suggest consulting with a family law attorney.
