Expiry of Child Support provision of Protective Order
If a child support provision is included in a Lousiana protective order, does that provision expire with the protective order? Or is it in effect until further modified or dissolved by the court?

Re: Expiry of Child Support provision of Protective Order
"Included" Child Support provisions are usually severable from a Protective Order and Other Orders; and they continue, (per State Statute) for as long as the obilgation to pay child support exists. To Wit: until the child's majority, emancipation (by Court Order) or until a Court Order Modifies, or Terminates the "included" Child Support provision.

Without looking at the specific order I cannot be certain, but it may expire with the restraining order.
