Ex-Spouse of Military
My ex-husband who is currently active duty USA, and I have been divorced for 15years. When he returns from Iraq, he says he plans on retiring. Am I entitled to any of his retirement? We divorced in Louisiania. I am a resident of Texas.

The issue of retirement should have been addressed in the decree. What does it say about retirement funds? What does it say about property that is NOT divided or addressed in the decree? TCL
