Can my ex-wife get custody back.

I have custodial custody of my daughter,She sign her over in stead of going to court.She didn't want it exposed because her and her lesbian lover were arrested for domestic violence. The child was taken from her house about a yr. ago for porno. material out around the house.Plus the livivg conditions. I was arrested on drug charges 1 month ago, her and her lover came and got my daughter and all her furniture and clothes out of the house while i was locked up, took her out of this parishes school and put her in another parishes school with out a court order. my daughter told me she would have me arrested. and .Recieved papers to appear in court on April 12.Now she is a known drug addict with her sister who is one also.All live under the same roof.She also signed over my daughter knowing I had a drug problem.She also married me, we were both on drugs.Plus she has't paid apenny in 8 months as far as child support even though it was't entered in the courts. Does she owe me back child support?Even though it wasn't entered in the courts. Does sheHave any chance of getting custody back?

This is definitely a case where you need to seek immediate legal counsel. Under the facts as you relate them, I would tell you to turn your x-wife into child protection. Since everyone is on drugs, let the state protect her while you seek help, then once sober and settled, you can request custody of her from the state.
