Legal Question in Family Law in Louisiana

Family Law situation

I am in a situation I desperately want out of. I married in 1993 and seperated from wife in 1995. Both she and I are now illegally married to other people. Can I obtain a divorce from the first wife without going to jail? First wife lives in LA. We have been seperated for ten years now.

It seems that your present "wife" would have something to say about charging you with bigamy. You certainly can get a divorce from your ex in Louisiana, or you may be able to do it in Maryland.
