We have open Session of my deceased father and want to buy the family owned property. We are 10 siblings. Only 1 sibling wishes not to sell. Can she Stop the Process? We have an attorney working. He said that 1 Sibling cannot stop the sale of the property, meanwhile I have spoken to another Attorney and they said she can stop the sale.

She cannot stop the eventual sale of the property, but it will take filing papers in court.
