father wants custody

my wife is being unfaithful, maybe not fully physical yet but she has been trying to get with an ex of hers, she also sends ''sexy pictures'' to several of her male coworkers along with suggestive text messages. my wife is diabetic and has passed out for an entire day while our two year old was home with her, so he was unsupervised until she was found and rushed to the hospital. with her unfaithful habbits and medical condition that could put our little boy in danger could i get custody over him?
