Legal Question in Family Law in Louisiana

Can a father move out of state away from his kids and divorced wife without permission of the courts or the ex-wife?? I know there are laws prohibiting the mother from taking the kids away from their father, but can't seem to find anything about a father leaving his children?

I'm afraid there are no laws requiring him to be a father except for paying support.

The law only applies to a "parent" moving the children away from the other parent, not just the mother from moving the children out of town. If the father had done it, the same law applies. And therefore, you can move to Europe if you want as long as you do not take the children. And so can the father. What is the problem? He still owes child support and whatever.
