Father's name on the birth certificate
When my daughter was born, my fiance signed her birth certificate knowing that he was not the biological father. We have since broken up and we have a blood test proving who is her bioogical father. My ex-fiance is not interested in taking his name off of her birth certificate. What do I need to do to get his name off and her real father's name on. I can't afforn an attorney. Is there another way?

I think you should talk with someone from department of vital statistics......they can tell you what to do. I found out not long ago that they can be stubborn when it comes to changing the birth certificate. That's why I would suggest you contact them and then do what they tell you.
