Legal Question in Family Law in Louisiana

feigned adultery

My ex of 12 years is getting divorced again. We have been civil the last few years due to our 3 sons. Her husband has threatened to claim that HE had an affair in order to reduce the time he has to pay for the house after he moves out. This makes no sense to me whatsoever.

Who is her husband? I thought he was not divorced yet? Also, that HE is having an affair? Please clear this up.
