Legal Question in Family Law in Louisiana

When I filed a petition for divorce it stated that I had primary custody of the children with him enjoying visitations. He shows complete disregard for the children's saftey when they are with him. When our youngest was 3 he took him on a freeway on a motorcycle, he continues to insist that the 6yr old ride on the arm rest between the front seats of the car, and the oldest has caught him smoking marijuana. Can I take him to court to get his visits supervised?
