Legal representation is always advisable because of their familiarity with the process. You will have to offer evidence-pictures, testimony, witnesses, documents, etc., in order to prove that the child's father is a danger to him. This is very difficult because it is legally presumed that both parents are in the child's best interests. You have the burden of proof-a preponderance of the evidence. He doesnot have to prove he is not at fault but merely answer your allegations.
