finalizing a divorce before property has been divided

hi there,

My divorce was filed in august of last year by an attorney. We got as for as appearing in court, making a request for use of the house an it's contents. I was granted both alone with child support. A couple of months later the attorney was fired for incompetence.

My question is, can I finalize the divorce now and settle property later?
