Legal Question in Family Law in Louisiana

I have a friend who filed her own Divorce. Had a La. Notary (which has helped many people, and they are divorced with no problem). Non Contested, No Children, etc. She filed and paid it at the courthouse. Now she moved out of State and called to check on it and they told her she was missing something. She filed Petition for Divorce, Verification, Husband Filed the Affidavit of Consent, and she had a Judgment of Divorce sheet and they told her they didn't need that at the time. They told her on the phone she was missing something in between but couldn't tell her what it was. She can't afford a Lawyer and out of state. Can anyone suggest what she needs to do? Thanks for your help, she is a single mom that needs help, but can't afford a lawyer at this time.

I am guessing that she should have filed the first affidavit of living separate and apart with the Petition and needs the 2nd affidavit of living separate and apart that is usually filed with the motion for divorce and Judgment. I am guessing of course.
