yes say my girl is 15 years old,this boy which is 17 got her pregnant. the mother of the girl does not want the boy around:but he wants 2 b a part of it. which he has no job and live at home with his mom. the ? is what is his rights????? thank you

Assuming he really is the father, then he has all the rights of a father. Does not matter what the age is.
