Legal Question in Family Law in Louisiana

My girlfriend is pregnant with my child.She doesnt know if she wants to b with me.

There is 1 thing im worried about..

she says she may have feelings still for her abusive ex.He has a history on record of hitting her.

Im worried about my unborn child.

Is there anything leagally that i can do to keep him away till the baby is born .?

I need help?!

she seems to have all the power.She knows i want this baby and family.

I do love her and have plans to marry her.Im praying its just her hormones.

My suggestion under the circumstances is you just sit quietly until the child is born. Either you should sign to have your name on the birth certificate, or file an action for paternity. You cannot keep someone from a person unless you KNOW you are the FATHER AND you know the other person is a threat to the child! You are premature.
