Legal Question in Family Law in Louisiana

my ex girlfriend and i recently signed and notarized an agreement that a judge signed that i could have my 2 mo old son for at least three days out of the week but not specific days because im a firefighter and work 24hrs on and 48hrs off. I pay 250 a month and agreed to have him on my insurance policy. His last name was changed to mine after the results from the DNA test came back. My question is if she gets angry for any reason can she take me to court and all that we did mean nothing and her take my son away from me?

much thanks,

concerned dad

Since the Judge signed off on it it is a judgment of the Court and has the force of law. If she wants to change things she has to demonstrate to the Court that the changes she wants are in the best interest of the child.

Since it was an "agreed upon judgment," she could force a full blown trial of the issues.
