Legal Question in Family Law in Louisiana
My girlfriend and i are wanting to get married , she draws benifits from her late husbands retairement and his social security and iwe where wanting to know if there is any way to get married without her lossing all her benifits and if so how would we go about it??

It depends on the provisions of the retirement fund but she shouldn't lose retirement benefits because they were earned. She should visit with social security because she may still receive these benefits also.
