my grand paw is dying with brain cancer after 18 yrs his girl friend decided to marry him last month he is incomptent and she has changed his policy on retirement and made him sign his truck over to her when he did his taxes he is very weak and not aware of what hes doing she made him change the executor on the will from his daughter to her do we have a chance in court even though a judge married him at home and his girl friend never notified the family
