Legal Question in Family Law in Louisiana
grandparent visitation
my son is divorced and his exwife has custody of their two boys, ages 4 and 6. he got into legal trouble with a drug habit after the divorce, did not have previous problems. he has been in and out of jail the last two years and this is affecting my visits with my grandchildren. The mother limits my visits, does not let me take them anywhere or to plan special times together. She will not let me son communicate in any way except to write letters and she does not read them to his sons. Do I have any legal recourse to spend time with my grandsons like I used to do before the divorce?
