what are grandparents rights to visitation of grandchildren

All issues are resolved in the child's best interests. A grandparent stands in their child's place in custody matters when that adult child is deceased or incarcerated. If this is an issue where the adult child is still married and chooses not to allow visitation then most courts will not intercede.
