Legal Question in Family Law in Louisiana

I was granted relocation from Louisiana to Florida. My ex was extremely abusive and admitted to it on the stand. He still gets a lot of visitation (both phone and in person). He brings me to court almost every month for something false. Every time we go I am afraid the judge is going to change his mind and make me move back..Can he?

The court will not usually rescind an order or demand a change in domicile unless there has been a material change in circumstances. That would be a substantial change in the circumstances that existed at the time of the order.
