Legal Question in Family Law in Louisiana

I have a hearing next 10/5/10, my wife was granted with a restriction order. I haven't been home for more than a month, I am in another state to be secure. I have proofs of all years she attack me and when these where out of control I called the police, to calm her down. She argues now, of everything that is written there, that I haven't done. I don't pretend and don't want to be back home. Even, when she called me I signed a modification of home mortgage. She put me in jail a year ago, saying that I tried to strangled her. Next day she tried to get me out, and I refused. Later she asked me to go back home, and I did. She has a boyfriend, even with picture on facebook. She was also granted to manage our new construction cleaning business, paperwork, check accounts, everything.

I'm living with relatives and getting transportation as well. What can I do to get out of this, I'm afraid that after I signed what was needed for here and my daughter to keep the house, she is trying to do something more. How can I handle the hearing and try to get part of the benefits of our business.

You need to be represented by an attorney. All can be handled in court but you need to be represented.
