My son's father owes much in arrears of child support. His mother died and he inheireted her home. He and his wife are now separated and he has moved to another area. His wife and daughter live in the home that he abandoned. Is there a law that states wether or not I can obtain the home due to child support arrearages?

Re: heirship in relation to deliquent child support

File a rule for your x to show cause why he should not be held in contempt for failure to comply with the court's order and for a judgment for the amount in arrears, plus attorney's fees and court costs, and when appropriate, seize the house to satisfy the money judgment.
