my ex- huband has custody, but let our child move to Ark with me
Can i have the case moved to arkansas since my ex-husband singed over a temp. custody order that i typed up myself? the child has lived with me since last summer but the case was started in louisiana.

Since you have a judgment from a La. court, it can be made executory in Arkansas. Also, under the UCCJA, since the child has been living in Ark. for more than 6 monthe, Arkansas has become the home state of the child. You need to contact an attorney in Arkansas.
