my husband abandoned me 2 yrs ago and wont give me a divorce do the the fact that he has said he is using my ssn to collect money off of me through his ssi without my permission as we live in 2 different states i have no income and i am staying with my parents due to medical issues how do i resolve the issues with the divorce affordably and how to i solve the issue with the ssn?

No one has to give you a divorce. Merely being separated 6 months with no minor children, or 1 year if you do have minor children is all that is needed. You are covered either way. If you know his address you can serve him via certified mail. If he cannot be found, an Attorney is appointed curator and he tries to find him Either way, you will be divorced fairly quickly. As for the SS issue. You need to contact the SS office. That can be done online.
