Legal Question in Family Law in Louisiana

my husband and i are getting a divorce. we agreed on the division of the community propert and custody. The papers were notarized, signed by judge and filed. He has blown through the money he took from the separation and now is wanting to make changes to the documents, basically to get more money from me. Can he do this if he did not contest anything in the documents and signed them on his own free will??
