Legal Question in Family Law in Louisiana

My husband wants a divorce and I do not. I am also pregnant with his child. My children and I live in his home and he wants us out put will not give me a date. Is it better for me to live voluntarily or wait until he gives me a date to be out of the home?

You need to file a petition for custody and support. You may litigate your need for housing and possible be awarded a time period to stay in the home.
