Legal Question in Family Law in Louisiana

Ok, my husband and i are going through a divorce that will be final in April. Well i went to renew my license plate on my SUV and they told me he had a block on his license because he dosnt have insurence. I have all my own insurence and everything else but both of our names are on the truck. he says hes not fixing it either, is there anything i can do?

He can donate his interest in the truck to you or the court can grant you ownership of it.
