Legal Question in Family Law in Louisiana

My husband is the domicilliary parent of his two children. His ex wife has them during summer and basically unrestricted visitation any time. She often threatens to just take the kids and move them to another state for no justifiable reason. Can she take the kids whenever she wants?

She cannot move the children without the original court agreeing that she may do so. It usually requires some job or family necessity. Most of the states have signed the uniform child custody pact which prohibits this types of parental kidnapping.
