Legal Question in Family Law in Louisiana
if my husband drives a truck that was bought while we were married and was paid for prior to our divorce do i own half of truck am i entitled to use it. if there has not been communtiy property settlement? can i just go and take it and use it?

It sounds like under the LA Community Property regime you both could be "owners" of the truck. However, before you just "go and take it" I'd recommend you check with a lawyer in order to properly settle your community property. You wouldn't want any criminal charges pressed on you due to a misunderstanding.
