Legal Question in Family Law in Louisiana
When my husband was dying of cancer he and I
notorized a document and left our property to one child.
My husband has been dead and my son is way out of bounds
now, versus when we did this. We do have 5 other children.
Can I retract the notorized document and retain my property back?

If it were a "will" then if not in proper form it is unenforceable. If it was donation, then you may be able to rescind yours and not your late husband's. If a "sale" then there has to have been some conderation for the transfer. You need to see an attorney. Or if you wish, you could scan the document and send it via email for an opinion.
