Help
My husband was friends with a girl that has now put a restraining order on him, she had friends call me and say that they had an affair. She then told me that she would help me get him and would do anything to make sure I got it all. Little does this girl know I believe my husband he is not a violent man and she states in her restraining order that he has threatened her we are going to court soon for this I am sure she does not expect me to be there but I want to help support my husband anyway I can it sounds like this girl just had here ego brusied but she is taking this too far how can I help him against these hurtfull accusations?

You need to meet with your husband's attorney and be prepared. If you do not have an attorney, then you have made a mistake. A restraining order/injunction is not the worse thing in the world, but your husband's constitutional rights could be affected by such an order. If you have no attorney, put the court date off so you have time to get one.
