Legal Question in Family Law in Louisiana

My husband and I are raising my two year old son in La. My mother is unstable and only say our son twice in his life. She also lives in WV. Recently there has been issues and I have informed her that she cant see him anymore. She lost control and stated that she had right to see him and I could not stop her. Seeing that my husband are together and raising out child can she get grandparents right for our two year old child?

She has no rights to visit if you say she does not.
