Legal Question in Family Law in Louisiana

My husband and I separated and his has moved in with his girlfriend. He keeps our 2 year old daughter 2-3 nights a week at this other woman's home. Is there a morals clause in Louisiana that prevents this situation?

It will depend on the Court and how they interpret the standard of "in the best interests of the child.". Often now, as long as the relationship is a stable one, Courts will not prevent live-in relationships from enjoying visitation.
