Legal Question in Family Law in Louisiana
Husband and I separated 2 years ago. I live with my sister. My only income is 350 per month social security and 175 a month from him. When I lived with him, I had to pay for all of my food, toiletries, etc. from my social security.
He has a large income, property, etc., but I did sign a pre-nup. The only reason I don't file for divorce is that I need the health insurance. Is it possible that this would be awarded to me? Thank you!

Unless you can prove that you were without fault in the marriage and other criteria, the court will not order him to maintain insurance on you.
