The domiciliary parent's home is the child's domicile. The non-domiciliary parent has VISITATION RIGHTS! He cannot make himself the domiciliary parent without the COURT modifying its judgment wherein joint custody was granted, domiciliary status was determined, and visitation rights were established. Should either he or you violate the court's order, then appearing before the judge to answer to a contempt hearing would be next.
