Legal Question in Family Law in Louisiana

A husband and a wife purchase property together and both names are on the deed the wife dies and the husband remarries. Can the husband do an act of donation to his new wife of this property if the husband has children non under age. This is in baton rouge louisiana

No. In fact the children can sue to partition the property because he remarried.

He can donate his interest in the property to the new wife, but he cannot transfer your mother's interest.
