Legal Question in Family Law in Louisiana

In my husband's divorce decree (La), it states in RELOCATION: Controlling Law. In the event that the children's redisence is to be relocated as porvided in La. R.S. 9:355.1 et, seq, the provisions of those applicable statutes shall be controlling. Does this mean all rights are transferred to the new state of residence (Tx)? If so, how/where do you make a complaint if something is being violated in the decree since all parties of the divorce currently reside in Texas?

You should file in Texas, introducing the judgment into the record. From the wording, it appears that the court and attorneys were aware that the parties were relocating.
