husbans lawyer asking questions

do i have to answer the lawyers questions since i have no councle and we are not in court?

If your husband's lawyer is asking questions that trouble you, there is probably going to be a serious legal fight about either children or money. I strongly suggest that you seek a lawyer of your own. If you cannot afford one contact your local Legal Aid office (also called a legal services corporation).

NO you do not have to answer any questions of a lawyer when you are not in court or a deposition.
