Legal Question in Family Law in Louisiana

info needed

my daughter has a friend who is 13.his mom does not want him to come anywhere with us.she said i would go to jail if he goes anywhere with us.his parents are divorced and they have joint custody over him.he just stays with his mom more.his dad does allow him to come places with us.so if he is with his dad,can i get in trouble if hes with us and his dad allowed him to?

You need to be very careful with this. With dad's permission, you should be OK. But unless you check directly with the father, AND they have joint custody, AND the child is visiting with him at the time he allows the child to be with your family, you should avoid going against the mother's wishes.
