Legal Question in Family Law in Louisiana

regarding an interim/consent order in the state of louisiana, if the plaintiff DOES NOT sign the order and the document EXPLICITLY states that signatures of ALL parties involved is required is the document therefore considered invalid??

An interim order is mandated by a judge and an interim consent agreement is one the parties negotiated and consented to. If your situation is the latter, the agreement is void and the court will have to render judgment.
