In a joint custody ruling can u tell me if when the domicile is not able to bring or pickup children from school, doctors or any activities does the other parent have first choice to bring or pickup children

Joint custody means just that. Both parents are to share equally responsibilities, activities and decision making. Unless your custody agreement or judgment states differently, you or the other parent or both should attend all appointments,etc with the child.
