Legal Question in Family Law in Louisiana

My ex and I have joint custody of my son. I am ordered to pay 60% of my son's health insurance. This is separate from child support. My ex switched his health insurance last year without consulting me. She put him on her new husband's policy. She refuses to provide me with an insurance card nor will she give me something that shows how much they are paying for the policy. What do I do?
