i have a judgement on my child visitation in allen parish, louisiana, but my son lives in rapides parish, louisiana. does the judgement go by the parish it was decided in or the parish he lives in?

An Allen Parish Judgment is the Judgment of every court in Louisiana unless its void by some rule, law or fraud. That statement is very simple but it says it all.
