Would judgement be null & void
My boyfriend has just moved out of my house. We have 2 children together. He is domical parent. Since we have lived together with the children, since December, would that make the Custody Papers/Judgement null & void?

Not necessarily. It depends on the wording of the judgment. However, a good rule of thumb is that a judgment issued by a proper court remains valid until changed by a proper court.
