Legal Question in Family Law in Louisiana

My kids mother, was accused of housing fraud, and had to relinquish her section 8, i was told my kids would be 45 minutes away, turned into 2800 miles, now i have no physical contact with them at all, because she was fearing prosecution and she fled, What can I do? have paternity declarations.

If there were no custody judgments in place in Louisiana, you will have to file for custody and visitation where she now resides.
