1.How long does this daughter has to prove herself as his child.

2. His sisters and brothers used their monies to get him free from Angola, and he promise he would pay his Sisters and Brothers back. Do we have the right to sue his estate? The estate is worth millions of dollars.

3. do we have any rights under la.status art. 207?

First of all, I am not sure which article 207 you are speaking about. But if the brothers and sisters have a claim for re-payment against the estate, they can make a claim as debtors of the succession. Instead of using the internet, you should meet personally with an attorney and they can ask you all of the questions they need answered. You do not say how old the girl is or what parish the brother died in.
